Utilizing our state of the art MCU Wipe-On Label Applicating Head Assembly and Touch
Screen Control System, Tach-It has the flexibility to offer labeling solutions to meet your
production needs. Tach-It’s Mini-Con Label Applicators can be combined with automation
options such as Feed and Outfeed Tables, Conveyors, Collators and other commonly used
peripheral equipment to increase productivity.

All Tach-It Mini-Cons utilize the same label application head and
control system – once you are familiar with one, you know them all.

Touch screen controller has:
º Stepper motor accuracy.
º 5 memory presets for your specific applications.
º Dwell Timer for accurate and consistent product placement.
º Target counter to ensure productivity.
• Product rails have adjustment indicators and are laser etched for easy adjustment.
• Includes integrated conveyors (except MCU and Mini-Con/Stand).

Model: CTL

Applies labels to flat boxes, heavy bags and pouches
Operator places a stack of the product to be labeled into the machine and the CTL will
feed and label each product.
Perfect for pharmaceuticals, medical packaging, cannabis, food service, vacuum bags,
retail and for packagers utilizing barrier bags, bags & pouches, and small folding boxes.
Label Size: Minimum - 13/32 inch x 3/4 inch, Maximum - 5 inch x 9 3/4 inch
